Refunds & Replacements
**All sales are final unless your order arrives damaged or incorrect. We take extra care to ensure Tubers, Seeds and Cuttings are packaged to withstand their journey to their new home. Please report issues to us within 5 days of receiving your package via email at honeypfarm@gmail.com, along with your Order # and pictures to support your need for refund/replacement.
**Replacements are not guaranteed.
**Taxes, Shipping & Handling charges are nonrefundable.
**Please make sure to fully unpack your order when it arrives and report an issue in a timely manner. Losses due to improper storage, your growing conditions, or care once in your possession are not covered.
